Campaign Director - System of Systems (Autonomy and Battle Networks)
**Job Description** We are seeking an experience Systems Engineer to serve as the Technology Authority for autonomy and battle networks within Air and Space Force Solutions (ASFS). This critical position is based onsite at our McLean, VA office and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager. Responsibilities + Establish the overarching technical roadmap for product development and integration + Create, manage, and lead a team of high performers across multiple business units + Produce CONOPS-driven system of system designs for key operational problems + Identify and derive key system requirements resulting from Government-defined mission engineering threads + Develop the foundational solutions for key captures across the Integrated Business Plan Accountability + Direct Report to the Vice President and General Manager + Dotted-line accountability to the Campaign Director for Mission Integration **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Top Secret / SCI + 10 years of industry and/or Government experience in Systems Engineering + Working knowledge of import/export constraints (ITAR, EAR, etc.) + Active prior contributions to the Autonomous Collaborative Platform campaign + Proven track record of leading teams, projects, and programs in systems engineering and software development + Strong written and oral communication skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in the Special Access community + Business acumen: education (MBA) or equivalent on-the-job credentials + Experience with service-specific CJADC2 concepts and implementation plans + Familiarity with Cooperative Research and Development Agreements + Knowledge of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
