Campaign Director - Mission Integration - Autonomy and Battle Networks
**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Campaign Director to support Mission Integration of Autonomy and Battle Networks and serve as the company representative to the Government, allied governments, and industry partners for development of integrated system-of-system strategies and plans within Air and Space Force Solutions (ASFS). This critical position is based onsite at our McLean, VA office and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager. Responsibilities + Develop long-range strategic objectives and operational plans for entry into emerging markets + Lead discussions with the Government to establish, revise, refine, and interpret mission engineering threads + Work across multiple PEOs and multiple program offices within a PEO to identify synergies and align integrated outcomes + Create, manage, and lead a team of high performers + Serve as a liaison to multiple business areas, sectors, and international entities for domestic market entry Accountability + Direct report to the Vice President and General Manager + Dotted-line accountability to growth leaders in multiple business units to ensure continuity within campaigns **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Top Secret / SCI + Formal education in political science, business, or applicable disciplines + 10 years in a civilian or leadership role associated with advanced aviation activities + Active prior contributions to campaigns in autonomy and/or battle networks + Experience as an advisor to senior leaders, with expertise in shaping strategic opportunities + Familiarity with defense industry partnerships and collaborations, including from other countries + Willingness to engage in domestic and international travel + Strong written and oral communication skills, especially with the Government and military officials **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Formal education in strategic studies or equivalent + Experience in the Special Access community + Deep knowledge of enduring key operational integration problems + Experience interacting with the intelligence community mission partners + Experience with service-specific CJADC2 concepts and implementation plans **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
