Campaign Coordinator
Description Delta’s Integrated Campaign Management team is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Project & Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated early‑career marketer who brings strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving with clarity and accountability. You will help ensure campaigns progress smoothly through the intake, review, approval, and execution processes. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners across marketing, creative, media, analytics, and operations. Coordinate day‑to‑day campaign activities, including task assignments, timelines, approvals, and status tracking. Support the intake of new marketing requests and ensure required information is complete before routing. Manage and update project information within Workfront or other project management tools. Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables remain on schedule and blockers are addressed quickly. Assist in prioritization of work by understanding campaign scope, urgency, and resource needs. Maintain clear documentation of milestones, decisions, and outstanding items. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and consistently across channels (email, digital, paid media, social, web, etc.). Support continuous process improvements with in the Integrated Campaign Management function. Excellent verbal and written communication—able to clearly articulate needs, updates, and issues. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Understanding of how omnichannel marketing campaigns operate and where various functions plug in. Ability to work through structured to‑do lists, approvals, and tracking workflows. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with Workfront or another enterprise project management platform. Exposure to campaign management, creative production, or marketing operations. Basic understanding of marketing processes, creative workflows, and stakeholder collaboration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
