Job Summary
The Campaign Associate supports regional Campaign and Marketing Managers by executing email campaigns tailored to business targets. The role involves creating and activating assets in Eloqua while maintaining a sharp focus on quality assurance throughout the campaign lifecycle. By applying technical expertise and best practices, the Campaign Associate builds strong partnerships with stakeholders and plays a key role in influencing campaign outcomes, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall performance.
Accountabilities
Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and execute targeted email journeys that align with business goals and customer lifecycle strategies.Asset Creation and Quality Assurance: Build and deploy campaign assets in Eloqua, ensuring timely activation, high-quality standards, and full compliance with data privacy policies.Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional stakeholders to provide campaign expertise that enhances performance, strengthens collaboration, and drives process harmonization.Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting that supports stakeholder decision-making and continuous optimization.Project Management: Coordinate campaign schedules and deliverables, maintaining alignment with established timelines and cross-functional expectations.Continuous Improvement: Support overall business goals by contributing to process enhancements and initiatives that drive efficiency and operational excellence.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal workstreams to ensure campaign alignment, share insights, and support integrated marketing efforts.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree1-2 years of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns or a related function, with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, build collaborative partnerships, and influence campaign outcomesStrong communication and project management skills with experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputsSolid understanding of customer lifecycle strategies and journey mapping, experience in developing marketing plans or email communications calendars is an advantageProven ability to uphold quality benchmarks and follow QA procedures consistently, regardless of time constraintsDemonstrated agility in adapting to evolving processes, tools, and team structuresDeep interest in marketing automation and a commitment to applying best practicesComfortable with onboarding into new technologies and workflows specific to the campaign functionSelf-directed, dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to support broader initiativesWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
