岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1.负责手机摄像头模组主客观图像效果的参数调优，确保3A/ISP核心指标达到产品定义要求；

2.针对用户场景进行画质调试，优化HDR、多帧合成、AI场景识别等功能的实际表现；

3.熟悉图像质量体系（客观测试+主观评价），具备主观场景客观化定义问题并提出解决方案的能力； 

4.参与新硬件平台（如Sensor、ISP芯片）的技术预研和效果调优，推动技术方案落地量产；

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

1.具备多平台多模块调试能力(高通，MTK, 展讯)；

2.具备跨部门沟通能力；

3.具备良好的英语读写能力；
