**What will I be doing?** In your role as a **Banquet Waiter/ess – Casual Brigade** , you will be responsible for delivering friendly, timely, and efficient service during events, contributing to an excellent experience for Guests, clients, and Team Members\. This position is offered under a **temporary contract of up to one \(1\) year** , with a **work schedule based on operational needs and event requirements** \. Your main responsibilities will include: + Respond to guest and client queries in a friendly, timely, and professional manner\. + Serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable regulations and hotel policies\. + Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of menus, beverage lists, and products offered during events\. + Ensure mise en place is properly prepared, organized, and fully stocked at assigned service stations\. + Follow established reporting procedures when facing incidents, operational deviations, or guest\-related situations\. + Ensure Food and Beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner\. + Comply with Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene\. + Adhere to hotel security procedures, fire safety regulations, health and safety legislation, and internal hotel policies\. ### **What are we looking for?** A **Banquet Waiter/ess – Casual Brigade** serving Hilton brands always works on behalf of our Guests, clients, and alongside fellow Team Members\.
