Calypso Automation Test Lead
**About the role** As a **Calypso Automation Test Lead** , you will make an impact by driving quality assurance and automation for key Banking and Financial Services (BFS) projects. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. **In this role, you will:** + Lead and execute test automation strategies using Calypso/CATT tools + Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes + Work closely with customers to provide timely status updates and ensure alignment with business goals + Apply Agile methodologies to manage testing cycles and deliverables + Coordinate across team landscapes to ensure effective communication and delivery **Work model:** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered:** **8+ yrs. of QA experience with :** + Strong hands-on experience in Calypso/CATT test automation + Solid understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies + Proven ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate effectively + Experience in client communication and reporting + Good domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **These will help you stand out:** + Experience in end-to-end automation frameworks + Exposure to large-scale BFS transformation programs + Ability to proactively identify and resolve testing bottlenecks + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools + Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills We’re excited to meet professionals who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
