Career Pathway Highlight: Data Center Operations Engineer

As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will:

🌐 Keep the Data Center Running: Ensure seamless 24/7 operations of our facilities.

🚨 Be a First Responder: Act as the Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents and major issues.

🔍 Troubleshoot with Expertise: Manage M&E systems, security, networks, plumbing, and critical facilities equipment.

📝 Maintain Accurate Records: Log and update requests, incidents, and provisioning through our ticketing system.

💡 Champion Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and industry standards to drive operational excellence.

Fresh graduates or with up to 1–2 years’ work experience

Passionate about technology and infrastructure

Motivated to succeed in a high-demand, high-reward industry

1️⃣ Submit Application via Workday – Deadline: October 3
2️⃣ Complete the HireVue Assessment (skills and compatibility)
3️⃣ Essay Submission – Answer:
“Why do you want to be part of DC Power-Up 2.0, and how do you see this program contributing to your career in the data center industry?”
4️⃣ Final Selection – 30 participants will be chosen and notified via email
