To handle incoming customer interactions efficiently and professionally, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a seamless experience that aligns with the bank’s customer experience promise.

Are you someone who can

Respond to customer calls, emails, regarding banking products, services, and transactions.Resolve queries on first contact  (First Contact Resolution).Provide accurate and compliant information, ensuring KYC and regulatory adherence.Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.Log all interactions accurately.Maintain service levels, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and call quality.Identify opportunities for customer education or product recommendations.Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through empathetic and effective communication.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

Have  a  degree  in  Bachelor  in Business Management, Administration or equivalent. Have  1 -3  years  of  experience  in  a  similar  environment.Have knowledge of the Bank’s products (it will be an added advantage).
