Job Description

The Call Centre Administrator is responsible for supporting Shanghai Call Center by performing all general and administration functions. Daily tasks includes report Management and all aspect of Call Centre supporting flied.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update other relevant reportsSend Agreement form / confirmation emailsSend Notice of Receipt emailsSupport the daily operations of the team including production, activation, operation and QA teamsSupport promotion blastTeam Attendance record and report updateAll the Marketing reports if necessaryProvide administrative support including filing, faxing and other office duties for Shanghai Call CenterSystems setup / back up and using (e.g. CRM and Aspect…etc.)CRM approval after payment settleOrganize and send out the briefing / meeting note to related departmentSupport Purchasing item within Call centerSupport all angle from call center side

 

Key Performance Indicators:

Performance reviews will be conducted on an annual basis and may require coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity.  This position will be measured against the following criteria:

Complete all designated tasks, within allocated time frames.Establish and maintain effective working relationships internal stakeholders and corporate suppliers.Treat all company staff and external contacts courteously and respectfully to assist in maintaining a positive company image both within the company and in the public domain.

 

Working Days and Hours

Your working days are a minimum of 5 days per week.  Your working hours must be flexible depending on the reasonable demands of the business.
