Seeking Call Center Specialist!Full-time, 6:30am-3:00pm, rotates weekends and holidays

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

The purpose of the Call Center Specialist (CSS) is to assist patients with placing their meal orders within the limitations of the physician prescribed diet via the telephone; processes diet orders and coordinates appropriate and timely menu delivery to the patient by the Room Service Ambassador; Provide basic information to a patient regarding their physician prescribed diet and will alert the patient’s Clinical Dietitian and/or Nurse when further education or assessment is needed; processes reports/updates and coordinates the Call Center/Ambassador processes with production and tray line areas;  acts as a liaison between the Food and Nutrition Services Department, the patient, and the nursing unit.

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
