Call Center Specialist

Our client, a leader in energy conservation, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care department supporting various Energy Conservation programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Call Center Specialist

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Learn our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs to assist customers effectively. Uncover customer needs and help them navigate through our offerings to find the most beneficial solutions. Discuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and conditions. Document customer interactions and partner with program teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

What's Needed?

High School Degree or Equivalent. Prior call center experience, preferably a minimum of 3 years. Working knowledge of call center practices and technology. Polished verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly. Bilingual applicants (Spanish) are highly valued.
