Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves conducting outbound calls to verified leads using our in-house systems, focusing on creating meaningful connections and encouraging customer engagement. Along with outbound dialing, you will support administrative tasks as needed. If you’re a people person with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct outbound calls to verified leads, fostering warm and engaging conversations to build connections.
+ Focus on driving customer engagement by introducing services and encouraging discussion.
+ Support the administrative team with various tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and operations.
+ Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for outreach (training provided).
Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications (Hard Skills):
+ Business development experience is a plus, but not required.
+ Previous experience in a call center or customer service representative (CSR) role.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technological Requirements:
+ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage (training will be provided).

Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic office and administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Proven ability to generate leads and contribute to business development efforts.
