Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications (Hard Skills): + Business development experience is a plus, but not required. + Previous experience in a call center or customer service representative (CSR) role. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Technological Requirements: + Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage (training will be provided).
