Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, or partners, addressing inquiries about health services, billing, or other concerns promptly. + Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions, escalating cases when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfaction. + Accurately document all interactions in the company’s CRM software, ensuring case notes are complete and actionable. + Monitor ticket completion metrics and meet daily performance goals, such as first-contact resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT). + Educate customers on program offerings, policies, and options, fostering greater service value and trust. + Participate in monthly training sessions to stay updated on new procedures, software enhancements, and product offerings. Requirements + High school diploma required; additional training or certifications in customer service preferred. + 2+ years of call center or customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries. + Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and call management software. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.
