Engage incoming callers with professionalism and introduce Spectrum’s products and services to drive salesUtilize proven selling strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through effective telephone communicationIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue with both new and existing customersCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and promote current marketing campaignsMaster Spectrum’s order processing systems and become a subject matter expert on our offeringsStay informed about competitors to position Spectrum’s services effective
