We are looking for candidates to join our expanding team as call center agents to represent our client TELUS Communications. This position offers full-time hours. We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required. The main requirement of the role is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Agent:
+ Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS
+ Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions
+ Taking inbound calls to solve customer’s inquiries and concerns
+ Listening to and understanding customer needs and answering any questions they may have
+ Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
+ Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!
Qualifications of the Call Center Sales Agent:
+ Passionate for customer service and sales
+ An empathetic and caring approach
+ Strong work ethic
+ A positive attitude
+ Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!
Additional Requirements:
+ Ability to Work Full-Time
+ Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred, not required
