Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Contact Center team. This role is a great fit for individuals looking to break into the financial industry while contributing to a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and professional growth.
In this position, you will support customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on a wide range of financial products and services. You will receive strong training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your skills within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone
+ Assist customers with account information, transactions, online banking, and general support
+ Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
+ Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication at all times
+ Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately
+ Meet performance and service quality goals set by the department
Qualifications
+ 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar roles welcome)
+ Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills
+ Comfortable navigating computer systems, web-based tools, and multitasking
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ High level of professionalism and attention to detail
+ Prior experience in a financial or call center environment is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
