Come join our Venice Family Clinic team to make a difference in the community. As a Call Center Representative you will receive guidance and direction from the Call Center Manager, and will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to perform a full range of duties, such as:
Provide prompt and courteous telephone assistance to callers. Answer, screen and triage a high volume of incoming calls, verify eligibility, and schedule for multiple services across our Venice Family Clinic. Manage and respond to incoming messages from the patient portal. Contact patients to offer follow up appointments. Perform other duties as assigned.Salary range: $26.42 – $37.49 Hourly
