Pay Range: $14 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.What's Needed?
