Description Position Overview: The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, support requests, or account concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong customer-first attitude. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. + Resolve product, service, or billing issues by clarifying concerns, troubleshooting, and offering solutions. + Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or conduct surveys, when required. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. + Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. + Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality standards.
