Summary: Seeking a Call Center Representative to manage customer inquiries, service requests, and sales orders efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as call center representative or similar position Essential experience in customer service Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Working knowledge of MS Office Ability to work under pressure and independently

Responsibilities:

Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and internal teams Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects Review open service requests for timely closure Manage installation, movement, and decommissioning of new machines Update project information in Salesforce Process quotes through Order Entry team for order creation Ensure parts are shipped for field technicians Keep customers informed about service request progress Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
