This role serves as the first line of contact for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication. Key Duties & Responsibilities: + Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, assisting patients, caregivers, and providers with inquiries. + Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and process patient data accurately in the system. + Address customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and timely resolution. + Adhere to confidentiality guidelines while handling sensitive patient information. + Log interactions and outcomes in compliance with company policies. + Provide detailed explanations of benefits, services, and payment processing as needed. Requirements + 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. + Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. + Familiarity with healthcare terms, EMR systems, or insurance verification is a plus. + A collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + High attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply!
