Call Center Representative
Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support our growing organization by coordinating appointments and delivering exceptional customer service. After two weeks of in-office training, the position will transition to full remote work. Schedule: + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Thursday, Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities: + Make a high volume of outbound calls weekly to schedule in-person appointments for sales representatives across multiple locations. + Meet and exceed weekly appointment-setting goals, with bonus opportunities for surpassing targets. + Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system to maintain organized and thorough records. + Handle outbound calls, including cold calls and follow-ups from online quote requests, with professionalism and persistence. + Collaborate with a small, dynamic team while also working independently to achieve objectives. + Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to group initiatives. + Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to track progress and manage information. + Occasionally support inbound calls as needed, while maintaining a primary focus on outbound efforts. Requirements + A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service position. + Excellent multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on maintaining attention to detail during customer interactions. + Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment that demands persistence and resilience. + A reliable internet connection for remote work; company-provided computer equipment will be supplied. + Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required. + Spanish language skills are an added bonus, though not essential.
