Key Responsibilities: + Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments, referrals, and service inquiries. + Utilize RingCentral phone platform to manage communications and maintain call logs. + Respond to emails and messages using Microsoft Outlook in a timely and professional manner. + Address client concerns and route calls to the appropriate department for resolution as needed. + Input client data accurately into the system while adhering to confidentiality standards. + Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone. Requirements + 1+ years of call center or similar experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field. + Proficiency in RingCentral phone system and Microsoft Outlook is required. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask and handle clients with care and compassion.
