Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for our client in Schenectady, NY. As part of our team, a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will take incoming calls and make outgoing calls. You would be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirmations, and follow up calls. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.
