Customer Service Representative – In Office
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day | 8-hour shifts | 11:30AM - 8PM

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first impression of our company. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call.

You will:
• Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls. Handling of over 150 calls per day.
• Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
• Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism
• Manage multi-line phones and computers systems in a fast-paced environment
• Support team goals while hitting your daily KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset

This is an in-office position — not remote — within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

 

Previous experience in customer service or call center environments

Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset

Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focusd

Proficiency in typing

Accuracy and composure while handling multi-line phones

Ability to report daily to the office (no remote option)

Schedule flexibility
