We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume call center environment where you will engage directly with clients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through next steps. Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues, ensuring their needs are met.
• Accurately document client interactions and input relevant information into forms for attorney and legal assistant follow-up.
• Set clear expectations for clients regarding next steps during calls.
• Efficiently type and manage data entry tasks while actively engaging with clients.
• Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Occasionally assist walk-in clients with professionalism and attention.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately while conversing with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Capable of maintaining a consistent schedule in a stable work environment.
• Skilled in handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments.
• Comfortable assisting walk-in clients and managing mail or deliveries.
