What You’ll Be Doing:
• Answering inbound calls and helping customers with their EZ Pass accounts
• Updating account info and documenting interactions
• Resolving concerns with professionalism and care
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Reliable transportation and great attendance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
