Description A busy and growing company located in Oceanside, CA, is looking for a skilled and personable Call Center Associate to join their customer service team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent service and ensuring a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: + Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns. + Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide relevant information or resolution. + Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. + Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department. + Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance. + Uphold professionalism and customer-first values during all interactions. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. + Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required. + Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. + Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but training will be provided if needed. + Excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and an adaptable demeanor.
