Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver outstanding phone-based customer support in both English and Spanish.
+ Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to small engines and mechanical equipment.
+ Guide users through step-by-step diagnostic and repair processes with patience and professionalism.
+ Retain product knowledge and technical concepts to provide accurate, effective solutions.
+ Document common customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ Mechanical or Technical Aptitude: Experience with or interest in small engines, machines, or mechanical troubleshooting. You don’t need to be an expert—just eager to learn.
+ Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
+ Customer-Focused: 1+ years of customer service experience, with proven ability to resolve issues and create a positive customer experience.
+ Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills, ability to explain technical solutions in an accessible way.
+ Professional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using computer systems, entering data, and learning new support tools.
+ Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to support team goals.
