What is your day to day?

• Support functional and operational improvements of instrumentation and controls within the CMS (Maximo) while ensuring all activities are completed safely

• Perform calibrations and verifications of instruments including scales, gauges, pressure transducers, RTDs, temperature transmitters, humidity sensors, PH probes, and flow meters

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and pneumatic components used in BMS manufacturing operations, laboratories, and facilities

• Complete all cGMP documentation associated with calibration and maintenance tasks

• Input work orders and manage requests through the work order management system, ensuring proper closeout with required data and GXP documentation

• Plan and coordinate external calibration services

• Perform system modifications, improvements, and provide recommendations to existing systems

Desired experience and technical skills

• Proficiency with Building Maintenance System (BMS) and work order management systems

• Experience with Maximo CMS platform

• Skilled use of manual and powered electrical repair and diagnostic tools

• Computer proficiency with relevant programs and equipment

• GMP environment experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Required

• 2+ years of calibration experience

• 2+ years working in a GMP environment

• Ability to lift/push/pull and carry up to 50lbs

• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods in field conditions

Preferred

• Experience with various instrumentation types (pressure transducers, RTDs, flow sensors, etc.)

• Willingness to travel and adapt to various climate conditions while maintaining proper PPE
