Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE Systems is looking for a Calibration Coordinator and facilitator of calibrated equipment logistics.
PURPOSE:
Candidate will be a member of the Manufacturing Business Processes Team, with responsibility for facilitating, tracking, and expediting Calibrated equipment to and from the Metrology lab and vendor service centers. Perform necessary duties to assist in the support of a test equipment loan crib, an incoming and outgoing measuring and test equipment disposition service, and a calibration recall program.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Work to established policies, programs and procedures for the maintenance of a test equipment control crib so that maximum equipment utilization and calibration economy are achieved.
+ Assists in facilitating equipment availability required to support division programs. Assists in coordinating intra-divisional equipment loans and in polling counterparts and vendors for equipment availability.
+ Maintains an effective working relationship with supervisors and engineers so that group requirements for test and measuring equipment can be fulfilled.
+ Coordinates with the Corporate Property Office so that surplus and obsolete equipment may be disposed of or stored.
+ Maintains various metrics for work orders, cost data, calibration recall programs, etc.
+ Assists in the tracking, database updates, and dropping off of calibrated equipment to various departments in order to avoid delinquencies.
+ Tag calibrated equipment and minor property. Provide reporting as necessary.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced customer support service
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
+ Ability to multitask
+ Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
+ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently as well as with a team
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Technical writing
+ Familiar with calibrated and test equipment
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
