Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented CAFM & EA Manager to join the Facility Management team on the Qiddiya Project.
In this role, you will lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the CAFM system, supporting performance management, reporting, and service delivery across the project.

What You’ll Be Doing:Acts as the FSI Evolution Expert User and CAFM Lead for the account, mentoring and supporting other FSI users and service providers.Leads the implementation, management, and optimization of the CAFM system across multiple stakeholders and functional areas.Uses the CAFM system as the primary data source for monthly performance and management reports, producing tabular and graphical outputs for client reporting.Prepares Performance Management System (PMS) reports for service providers and senior management, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.Manages and oversees the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) in support of Contract Management and Service Providers.Acts as the key focal point for all CAFM-related activities, developing and maintaining robust processes and documented procedures.Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with service partners and client representatives.Liaises with IT teams and CAFM software providers to support system development, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Leads CAFM system user groups for maintenance contracts to address issues and support ongoing system development.Ensures successful delivery and day-to-day operation of the CAFM system across assigned contracts.Supports effective information sharing between Help Desk, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and other support teams.Plans and leads CAFM integration activities, project-managing CAFM service providers and ensuring all deliverables and KPIs are met.Identifies system training needs and coordinates formal and informal CAFM training with internal teams and external providers.Ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality information is delivered to Site Management and Senior Management through reports and dashboards.Ensures compliance with Parsons’ Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Supervisor.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in a similar CAFM management role within a complex and dynamic environment.FSI Evolution Expert User experience, including asset setup, PPM functionality, and system configuration.Experience with FSI SLA module implementation and daily management is highly preferred.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong data management and analytical skills, particularly using Excel.Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and with senior management, operational teams, and client stakeholders.Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
