At Hilton Orlando our mission is to be the best hotel in Orlando to work and to stay. The resort features 249,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, with picturesque outdoor venues and large, modern rooms with natural lighting. Hilton Orlando is connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway, adding more convenience to group travelers. The banquets team can support events for up to 4500 pax. 

The ideal candidate will have previous Cafeteria Attendant experience in a commercial setting, a great approach to teamwork, and a genuine passion to want to develop and grow their career. 

Shift Pattern: Full availability will be required to work shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Cafeteria Attendant, you would be responsible for providing food and beverage service to team members in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provide food and beverage service to team members including, but not limited to, setting up and replenishing the food line, salad bar and additional food and beverage stationsSet up and maintain food line and salad bar in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness of entire cafeteria area to include, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, etc.Performs pre-meal and post-meal side work including, but not limited to, salad bar preparation and dessert preparationObtain and maintain supplies from kitchen to set up the cafeteria during scheduled hours of service
