Operations Management

Oversees the daily ordering, verify receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products.Records all waste (food product) on tracking sheetNightly protein count and loggedAssists in counting weekly inventory while reporting lossesEnsures that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.Ensures that timing standards are met during production.Inspects and approve dishes before they go to guest. Examine and assess the quality of ingredients and presentation. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Checking Equipment, food temperatures, sanitation levels, proper storage and record logging, etc. Cooking daily also when needed to relieve workforce and support the flow of the businessConstant deferral to Manager on duty for business decisions that will effect financials.Complete opening and/or closing ensuring operation is properly stocked for next shift duties with prep as assignedFollow cleaning schedule and maintenance program inspecting equipment/ recording issues Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.Data entry and assist with workforce attendance and scheduling Assist with business development projects, catering production and online capabilitiesOther tasks and responsibilities as needed

Team Leadership & Supervision

Provide direct oversight to direct reports to ensure performance expectations are met and appropriate oversight and guidance is provided to their direct reportsManage workforce concerns including administrative functions, people management, and partner with HR on employee resolutionsSupervise, evaluate, and coach team members to improve performance and productivity; assess training and coaching opportunitiesEngage in employee development activities including onboarding, make recommendations on employee hire, promotion, and disciplinary actionEscalate employee relations concerns to Manager and HR

Collaboration

Make strategic and informed decisions based on downstream implicationsWork with Managers to ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods.

Salary $69,000 - $70,000
