THE ROLE
The Café Associate is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers in a high-end grab-and-go experience. The role reports to the F&B Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma – or equivalent At least 1 years’ experience, preferably in the Hospitality Industry Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferredSKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette Basic math skills Excellent guest service skills and a natural willingness to consistently exceed guest expectations Flexibility to work extended hours and varied shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to read, speak, and write in English to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and guests Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment or independently as needed Ability to effectively listen and take direction from a supervisor Ability to be on your feet for extended periods, bend, squat, and lift/transport items weighing 10–30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periodsCOMPENSATION
$18.00/hour and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.
