Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician Designer to join our dynamic team of Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit, and will be responsible for creating and drafting technical details, as well as preparing variations of design.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and draft technical details using AutoCAD and Revit.Prepare variations of design for land development projects.Collaborate with Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers to ensure project objectives are met.Utilize Civil 3D for land development tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Minimum of two years of experience in design within AutoCAD, preferably in land development.Strong drafting and CAD skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in residential and commercial land development.High School diploma required.Work Environment
The work environment is office-based, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
