We're seeking a detail-oriented CAD Support Engineer to join our dynamic Amazon Manufacturing Services (AMS) team. In this role, you'll support critical design, prototyping, and manufacturing activities across Amazon's diverse business units, from Amazon's fulfillment centers to AWS Cloud services. You will be part of a customer obsessed team that drives innovation through simple, practical engineering solutions.

Key job responsibilities
* Partner with internal customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points
* Support the development of design solutions for internal customers using advanced CAD tools
* Lead stakeholder interviews, capture site requirements and conduct product tear-downs for comprehensive data gathering
* Perform 3D scanning and reverse engineering activities
* Create detailed technical documentation and work instructions for successful product deployment
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams of varying technical expertise
* Apply Design for X principles based on customer and stakeholder requirements

Travel Requirement: 35% domestic travel expected
