Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter with a strong background in architectural and residential design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and plans based on project specifications, architectural designs, and building codes. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, a deep understanding of residential construction standards, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life.
