Now Hiring: 2 Installation Technicians & 8 Cable Technicians Location: Des Moines, IA & Surrounding States Travel Required | Per Diem Provided We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians for ongoing projects across Iowa and neighboring states. This opportunity involves both local and travel-based work, with per diem included for travel assignments. Pay range: $20-$24 Position Overview: Technicians will be responsible for: + Installing data racks, cabinets, Cat6 and COAX cabling + Terminating and labeling cables, installing faceplates + Setting up DirecTV cable boxes, modems, and satellite dishes + Assisting in the build-out of server/network closets + Working in and around school and apartment buildings (indoor/outdoor) + Occasionally performing trenching and directional drilling Requirements: + Minimum 6 months of low voltage experience + Hands-on technical school experience will be considered + Ability to follow direction from project leads + Willingness to travel as needed Top Skills: + CAT6/CAT5 Installation & Termination + Punch down, Wireless Access Points + CCTV, Security Systems + Low Voltage Cabling, Video Systems Additional Qualities: + Reliable and hardworking + Strong attention to detail + Motivated to grow within the industry Experience Level: + Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
