Job Title: Cable Harness TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Cable Harness Technician to perform bench-type processes in completing mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies. This role requires using both hand tools and electric tooling to ensure high-quality outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesPerform wire cutting, twisting, crimping, soldering, splicing, and inserting operations.Conduct in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.Build wire harnesses ensuring compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.Route and secure wire harnesses within vehicle assemblies, following engineering documentation.Conduct electrical continuity tests and inspections to identify and resolve issues.Essential SkillsProficiency in cable assembly.Experience in assembling wiring harnesses in compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.Ability to route and secure wire harnesses within vehicle assemblies according to engineering documentation.Skill in conducting electrical continuity tests and inspections.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hand tools and electric tooling for mechanical and electrical assemblies.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
