Responsibilities:

Sit down role at a workstationFollowing a job traveler off a computer screenAssemblyTaking wires per specification and adding a terminal to it (they use hand crimpers)A lot of hand dexterity utilizedThey then have to follow the schematics off the computer screen, because there is a bundle of them that they have to connect /assemble to a harness

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months
