Job Description: Are you a skilled custom cabinet stainer/finisher with a passion for wood staining and finishing? We're looking for someone with experience in cabinet making who can work both independently and collaboratively with our talented team. If you have an eye for detail and a commitment to quality, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
Stain and sand cabinets with precision and efficiency.Perform stain matching to ensure all products match approved samples.Essential Skills:
Previous experience in wood staining.Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.Willingness to follow instructions and take direction.Capability to work independently.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with hand tools and power tools.Carpentry skills and production experience.Proficiency in using tape measures and reading blueprints.Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.Work Environment: This position involves working in a production environment with hand and power tools. You'll be standing for long periods and collaborating with a team to ensure top-quality cabinet making and finishing.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based in Eyota, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
