Our client, a leader in the cabinetry industry, is seeking a Cabinet Finisher to join their team. As a Cabinet Finisher, you will be part of the production department supporting the craftsmanship of high-quality cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a passion for quality work, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Cabinet Finisher

Location: Chaffee, MO

Pay Range: $20 - $22 / hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

Staining, painting, and finishing cabinets to achieve the desired aesthetic. Applying shading and top coats to enhance color and finish quality. Preparing surfaces for finishing processes to ensure optimal results. Maintaining equipment and spray booths to uphold safety and quality standards. Utilizing spray guns and color matching techniques effectively.

What's Needed?

6 months of experience in cabinetry. 6 months of experience operating a spray gun. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
