**Job Description** The selected applicant will provide systems administration functions and technical support for various Radio and Satellite systems that are integrated into data communications within network transit cases and vehicles supporting the Department of Defense (DOD). Responsibilities will include supporting the end day soldiers and various customers over the phone and onsite with issues related to radio and satellite systems performance issues; installing system wide software and hardware and configuring for optimal performance; and gathering and analyzing logs and maintaining system configuration documentation for multiple systems. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
