As a Product Manager in Client 360 Coverage Product, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to our business and customersWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Builds a deep understanding for how JPMorgan engages our extensive client base, including go-to-market strategies, relationship management priorities, and business development.  Drives customer-centric product development which translate business needs into tech / data requirements and user storiesPartners with data scientists to derive business insights using data analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Graph) and forward-looking AI/ML capabilities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong understanding of sales processes and relationship management strategiesFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing Jira boards and facilitating sprint ceremonies.Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of AWS infrastructureExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Outstanding judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail ability.Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's business landscape with an understanding of how Corporate and Investment Banking engages clients with a broad set of products and services.
