Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will will be a member of the Parsons’ TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Infrastructure and International organization. Additionally, you will directly support the MDA/DCCX Director regarding the operations management of the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF) and C2BMC International projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead project execution and reporting efforts regarding prime contractor build outs and infrastructure changes

Manage MDA taskers involving DCCX input by assigning taskers to DCCX staff and tracking completion

Support cost/schedule/and performance efforts in supporting the DCCX Director

Support test event planning and execution of ground tests and cyber events

Plan and mange VIP and internal partner visits and demonstrations

Assess and develop operational processes in support of the C2BMC Test Facility

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

BA/BS degree and 20+ years of relevant experience OR a MA/MS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience

Active Secret clearance

Experience with Missile Defense Agency and C2BMC

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of government, prime contractor, sub-contractor, and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
