C&B Manager (HRIS)
Responsibilities

HRIS Service Delivery

\n\nProvide daily HRIS support, responding to system and service requests in a timely manner to ensure high user satisfaction.\nTroubleshoot and resolve HR system and data issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.\nProcess HRIS service requests related to employee lifecycle actions accurately and in compliance with policies, with proactive follow-up to ensure completion.\nPerform monthly employee data reconciliation and regular data health checks to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and interface reliability\n\n

HRIS System Management

\n\nManage day-to-day HRIS operations, including user access, security roles, and data governance controls.\nImplement and maintain system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to support efficient HR processes.\nDevelop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system SOPs, data dictionaries, and user support materials.\nPrepare user guides, support training activities, and assist HR stakeholders in improving system adoption and utilization.\nIdentify and implement automation and efficiency improvement opportunities within HRIS.\nCollaborate with global team and IT team to align system configurations and standards.\nWork cross-functionally with IT and HR stakeholders to enhance HR system functionality and reliability.\n\n

HR Compliance Reporting & Analytics

\n\nDevelop, manage, and deliver HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven reports to support informed decision-making.\nSupport automation and data visualization initiatives using tools such as Power BI\n\n

System projects

\n\nCoordinate and implement HRIS projects, including participation in UAT, system configuration, automation, and optimization to enhance overall HR technology capabilities. Key team member to test for implements, upgrades pr process changes, using the standard methods for testing, documentation and change management\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, prepare communication plans, and translate and localize training materials to support system implementation and user adoption.\nPerform necessary activities to ensure successful system go-live and post–go-live stabilization.\n\n

Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.

Requirements\n4+ years of experience in HRIS management, HR technology strategy, and system administration.\nStrong familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Oracle, ServiceNow,…\nSolid background in HR data analytics, reporting, and system optimization.\nExperience supporting HR system projects, automation, and integration initiatives.\nHands-on experience supporting C&B processes and payroll activities\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.\nProfessional training or certification in HR, HRIS, or data analytics is an advantage\nHRIS Software Management skills\nHR Digitalization skills\nProject management skills\nDatabase management skills\nSoftware skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.)\nEnglish communication skills, spoken and written.\n
