Job summary:

The candidate will be part of the team that is responsible for delivering complete screening solutions for airport baggage checkpoints. Cross-functional software team responsible of the end to end development life-cycle: architecture, design, development, integration and validation of the complete system. Multi-cultural team working in co-engineering with equipment and solution teams in France, in order to deliver fast and secure.

The TechLead must ensure the consistency of the whole system code, ensures the uniformity of coding best practices and propagates development good practices. Provides support to other management roles, performs code reviews, responsible of low level technical choices and orients development with low level C++ architecture.

You’ll need to have

Proficient in C++ programming language (preferable C++ 17, STL, MQTT, Boost)Experience with low level software architecture and designGood knowledge of DevSecOps tools (Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc.)Previous experience of programming in Linux for distributed systems (understand OS capabilities, use of cmake for multi-platform)Eager to perform code reviews and work in a peer programming approachProblem solving abilities from design to delivery, ensuring delivery of high-quality code and artefactsWork experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Strong analysis and synthesis skills, emphasis on collaboration and communication

Software development experience with Python / PotryConfident in using SAST/DAST tools (Cppcheck, BlackDuck, Coverity)Experience in leading teams as a Technical LeaderKnowledge of Docker, Docker Compose or K8sExperience with VTK, EMQ, C++ algorithms, AIKnowledge of Unit Testing, Component/Integration Testing (Squish, Robot Framework, Google test)Interest to coach other team members
