MINI-LINK is one of Ericsson’s flagship transport solutions, with over 3 million units delivered globally. It’s a robust, modular microwave transmission system supporting both Ethernet and TDM traffic — a critical enabler for mobile networks worldwide.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional, agile team of highly skilled C/C++ and Java developers, working on both new feature development and test automation. Our teams embrace the DevOps mindset and operate in a CI environment, aiming for continuous delivery and constant product evolution.

What you will do:
Develop and maintain C/C++ code on a Linux-based platform for MINI-LINK featuresContribute to Java-based automated testing of newly developed featuresParticipate in agile planning, implementation, and retrospectivesTranslate complex system requirements into high-quality, scalable codeHandle debugging, bug fixing, and code optimization tasksCollaborate with team members and remote stakeholders dailyShare your expertise and support junior colleagues with mentoringDrive continuous improvement across the codebase, testing, and processesStay up to date with evolving telecom technologies and product needs
You will bring:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldExperience in embedded software developmentStrong programming skills in C/C++, with Java knowledge as a plusSolid Linux user experienceFamiliarity with Agile development and CI practicesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of complex systems and networking conceptsFluent English, both written and verbalProactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
Nice to have:
IP network protocols and networking stack knowledgeExperience with version control, build systems, and CI tools (e.g. Git, CMake, Jenkins)Exposure to Python or scripting for automationTelco or transport network experience
